Great Bradfords House is an Extra Care scheme for over 65’s close to Braintree Town Centre. All our residents live independently in their own apartment having Assured Tenancies with a full security of tenure. They remain eligible for all benefits to which they would be entitled if living in any other community setting, including where applicable, Housing Benefit. Tailored care and support is available for those that need it between 7am and 10pm with staff on site to respond to emergencies 24/7. The rent includes a two course meal professionally prepared by our wonderful chefs and served in the dining room at midday, 7 days a week.
