Part-Time Cook/Chef at Great Bradfords House

We are looking for a part-time cook/chef at Great Bradfords House.

Applicants must be able to prepare, cook and serve delicious, nutritious and well-presented two course meals for our 36 residents at our House on Coggeshall Road, Braintree with the help of our kitchen assistants, also monitoring stock and placing twice weekly orders from our menu.

Applicants must be team players, friendly, hard-working and reliable with catering experience.

The position is part-time, two 8am-2pm shifts per week – Week One: Saturday and Sunday, Week Two: Two weekdays (to be confirmed). You would also have to cover the other Chef’s holidays as required.
